Naphtali Warriors 2/11/02

Subject: Naphtali Warriors

In a vision I saw a scattered mass of men running through an open field. They were carrying spears and were running at great speed. They were fit and well trained. They were determined, as if the victory was already theirs. Their number could not be counted. Wave after wave of these warriors streamed forward. These were the Naphtali warriors.

Naphtali are a people who wrestle with God. "And Bilhah Rachel's maid conceived again, and bare Jacob a second son. And Rachel said, With great wrestlings have I wrestled with my sister, and I have prevailed: and she called his name Naphtali." (Gen 30:7-8)

Naphtali "...were a people that jeoparded their lives unto the death in the high places of the field." (Judg 5:18)

In the blessing of Jacob Naphtali is called "...a hind let loose: he giveth goodly words." (Gen 49:21)

Fierce, warlike. Independent. Jealous of and for God. Determined. The waves of Naphtali warriors move forth as an irresistible force.

INTERCESSORS have been transformed into Naphtali warriors. They are the spear carriers of Jesus. Their spears are tipped in the blood of the Lamb. They have been released, sent forth, and run with great speed. The battle has begun.
